Since 1990 the 100 Most Beautiful Faces List has been published annually by TC Candler and the Independent Critics. Over the past 30 years, the list has been viewed by millions of people around the globe and is widely considered to be the most internationally recognized and prestigious list of its kind. The organization describes that outer beauty is not the only criteria of the contest but, grace, elegance, originality, daring, passion; poise and promise are all embodied to be called a beautiful face. Every year TC Candler and its members select 100 faces out of thousands of the female celebrities across the globe with the above criteria in mind.
