Jakarta, February 23, 2023 – PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has collaborated with local perfume brand, Home of Humans (HMNS), to release a new product called “This Is A Safe Space” to celebrate the company’s 66th anniversary. The premium room fragrance (reed diffuser) edition features ‘The Scent of BCA’ and is available in limited quantities during the BCA Expoversary 2023 event at ICE BSD Tangerang. The collaboration, presented in BCA’s signature blue color, is priced at Rp275,000.

The inspiration behind the philosophy contained in ‘The Scent of BCA’ is a manifestation of Indonesia’s diverse cultural essence. The first philosophy is based on cloves, which have a balancing property that aligns all fragrance components. The second philosophy, inspired by the oceanic, creates a sensation of comfort and cleanliness and is connected to a productive and supportive ecosystem. Finally, the third philosophy combines Green Accord, Java Vetiver, and Ozonic components, which are very familiar in Indonesia, to provide a sense of familiarity and security.
In terms of fragrance components, the top notes of this room fragrance start with fresh scents of lemon, white tea, and lime. Then, the fragrance becomes more comfortable and energetic with lily of the valley, crisp green accord, and ozonic. Finally, for the base notes, the scent transitions to a more “warm” and Indonesian sensation with musk, vetiver, and clove aromas.

“This Is A Safe Space” is packaged in a 140ml glass bottle with BCA’s signature blue color and is priced at a special rate of Rp275,000. The diffuser can be placed in a room up to 30m2 and lasts up to three months. Consumers can only purchase this product during the BCA Expoversary offline event at ICE BSD, Tangerang on February 23-26.
