Miss Belgium 2022 Chayenne van Aarle has now been officially confirmed to represent her country at the 71st Miss Universe pageant.
The 23-year-old bilingual flight attendant from Antwerp won her beauty title during the national competition held at the Proximus Theater in De Panne in March.
“Chayenne grew up in a castle full of neglected animals, from which her love for animals was born. As a child, she walked among zebras, kangaroos, camels and alpacas,” the Miss Belgium Organization posted about her on social media.
“As the daughter of hard-working parents, she quickly became independent and can now put that strength to good use in her Miss Universe adventure.”
The upcoming Miss Universe edition will be held at the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on January 14.
